Shops you stopped opening
Recurring senders you have not clicked in months. Mute them, archive them, or unsubscribe properly — SheltieMail finds the real unsubscribe link so you do not have to.
L7 · Mail — a Torjua product
SheltieMail finds the senders that keep coming back, shows you what each one costs you in interruptions, and changes nothing until you say so. Built for EU Gmail, paid for with money rather than with your inbox.
Sorting
Every recurring sender lands in one of three places. The bucket is a suggestion with a reason attached, never an action already taken.
Recurring senders you have not clicked in months. Mute them, archive them, or unsubscribe properly — SheltieMail finds the real unsubscribe link so you do not have to.
The good ones stay. They just arrive together, once a week, instead of interrupting six separate afternoons.
Lookalike domains, display names that do not match the address, and campaign patterns worth a second glance before you click anything in them.
How it works
SheltieMail asks for the smallest Gmail scope that does the job and tells you in plain words what it will read. You can revoke it from your Google account at any time, without asking us.
It groups recurring senders into shops, old trials, newsletters, delivery notices and maybe-spam, with a count of how often each one has written to you this year.
Unsubscribe, mute, archive or bundle. Nothing moves until you pick, and every action is listed afterwards so you can undo it.
What it catches
Shops, tools, communities and old accounts that kept your address after you stopped using them.
Six newsletters a week is six interruptions. Bundled, it is one deliberate reading session.
Domains one character off a bank, a courier or a colleague — the pattern behind most successful phishing.
The category has a history of monetising inbox data. We charge money for the product instead.
Privacy
Most cleanup tools open with a broad permission request and explain the business model never. SheltieMail asks for a narrow scope, says what it reads, and charges a subscription so that reselling what it sees is never the plan.

Beta · EU Gmail first
We are opening SheltieMail to Finnish and EU Gmail users first, in small batches, so we can fix what breaks before the next one. Leave an address and we will write once — when there is a seat for you.
